Regarding the sourcing of information for this website, I always prefer to utilize Governmental documentation to ensure compliance, rather than taking any shortcuts or attempting to defend the argument behind some sort of clickbait-ridden Substack article. Most information is sourced from the eCFR.Gov, HHS.Gov, OIG’s 7 Elements of a Successful Compliance Program, and (while not ‘official’) Cornell Law has some incredible resources for understanding ‘confusing’ regulatory matters. Please note, I am not an Attorney, nor do I claim to be. Please consult with an Attorney before making any finalized business decisions.
