Audit Controls:

System Alerts:

If a malicious actor worked their way into your systems, would you necessarily know it? This portion of the policy discusses processes for becoming aware of when someone hacks your system.

Authentication Controls Policy:

This has to do with making sure that those who log into sensitive systems containing PHI are, in fact, who they say they are.
