Compliancy Group no longer publishes its prices: by September 21, 2026, its pricing page redirected to a "Request Pricing" form. Its last public list (archived July 28, 2026) started at $99 to $449 a month billed annually, plus $8 to $10 per employee per month, which puts a 10-person practice on the Growth tier at about $4,188 a year before add-ons.
That is the answer. Below is the archived price table, the math for a 5-person and a 10-person office, what each tier includes, and how One Guy Consulting's flat price compares.
Compliancy Group Pricing: Where the Price List Went
Compliancy Group's pricing page used to show four tiers with prices. The Wayback Machine captured it normally on July 28, 2026. Its next captures, on September 21, 2026, show a permanent redirect to /request-pricing/. That page is a form. It shows no prices (checked September 24, 2026).
The change came after Compliancy Group acquired Healthicity on June 17, 2026, which added auditing software to its product line (Compliancy Group press release, June 17, 2026). The Request Pricing page gives no reason for the change. I will not guess at one.
What follows is the last public list, with its date, so you know what to ask about on the sales call.

What a 5-Person and a 10-Person Practice Would Pay
The math uses Growth, the lowest tier that listed a risk assessment. It assumes every person in the office counts toward the per-employee fee. Ask how they count before you sign.

Add Incident Management and the 10-person Growth bill goes from $349 to $748 a month. That is $8,976 a year.
Those are July list prices. A quote today could be higher or lower. ADA members save 15% on a compliance program with Compliancy Group (ADA News, July 29, 2026). Ask whether that discount covers the per-employee fees.
Two outside listings land in the same range. Software Advice shows "Starting price: $299.00 per month," with its other listed plans priced on request (seen September 24, 2026). Dental HIPAA Hub, in a page labeled "Partner Review" and updated September 2026, estimates $3,600 to $4,800 a year for a solo dental practice.
Prices can also move after you sign. Compliancy Group's Terms of Use let it change fees "not more than once every twelve months," with "not less than sixty (60) days' notice," and let you terminate rather than pay the increase (Terms of Use, last revised February 18, 2025, checked September 24, 2026).
What the Price Includes, and What It Does Not
The risk assessment starts at Growth. On the July 28, 2026 list, Foundation covered policy manuals, training, attestations and basic hotline reporting. The HIPAA Risk Assessment and BAA Management rows were checked for Growth, Advanced and Elite only.
That matters because HIPAA names the risk analysis as required. 45 CFR 164.308(a)(1)(ii)(A) reads: "Conduct an accurate and thorough assessment of the potential risks and vulnerabilities to the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of electronic protected health information held by the covered entity or business associate." If you compare Foundation's $99 to an offer that includes an SRA (Security Risk Assessment), you are not comparing the same thing. (This is education, not legal advice.)
Growth covers more than HIPAA. Every tier listed core trainings for HIPAA, fraud, waste and abuse, OSHA, bloodborne pathogens and cybersecurity. Growth added exclusion and sanction screening. If you want those in one system, that counts in its favor.
Audit help is not consulting. Compliancy Group's Audit Response Program terms say it "does not comprise or contain consulting, legal, or auditing services," and that using it "does not guarantee a particular outcome." That is an honest disclaimer. Read it before you count audit help as part of the price.
How One Guy Consulting Compares
One Guy Consulting has two plans and six ways to pay. The price does not change with headcount.

A 5-person office and a 10-person office pay the same $1,300 for 12 months on Full-Scope. There are no per-employee fees and no per-module charges. The Security Risk Assessment tool and vendor management with digital BAAs are in both plans, not held back for a higher tier.
Full-Scope adds 4 hours a month of 1:1 implementation calls with Chuck Weiselberg, C.H.P. (Certified HIPAA Professional), plus incident response guidance and CMS audit response support. You know who you will talk to. Chuck has been consulting since 2015.
The fair caveat: Chuck is not an attorney, and no plan guarantees an audit outcome, ours included. What you get is the software, a process, and a named person who walks you through both.
For 10 people at list price: Compliancy Group Growth, about $4,188 a year. One Guy Consulting Full-Scope, $1,300 for 12 months. They are not identical products. Decide what you need, then compare the price.
